Shipping Policy

We offer delivery within the city limits of Calgary and Chestermere (aka "local delivery area") for an extra $10.00 fee (payable at time of order).  We offer a pick up option only in the Chestermere area, should anyone like to save on the delivery charge. 

Delivery/pick up days will be on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Orders received after 4:00pm MST, will be delivered or available for pick up on the next available delivery day. 

 

Anyone wishing for delivery outside of the local delivery area, can contact us for special shipping arrangements. Our infused products are frozen, shipping may be a little costly, but we can provide a quote! Hosting dinner or tasting parties outside the local delivery areas are an option as well. Contact us for more info!

Regarding deliveries: a driver will send a text confirming an ETA. Buyer is responsible for providing contact number at time of order. We will make every effort possible to notify the Buyer, if delivery gets pushed back for reasons of availability in product and/or driver.

Once the item(s) has/have shipped, Buyer accepts ownership of the product(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. There is a 30-day exchange policy in place for any JKatering product for spoiled goods and/or incorrect sizing on clothing, for example.

For Young Living Essential Oils, we will abide by their return policy. (Refer to their website.) If Buyer becomes a Young Living Essential Oils distributor, he or she will purchase from Young Living Essential Oils directly and manage any concerns through them.
